About the Role
As a Marketing Manager within our Sales and Marketing team at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, you will:
  • Ensure colleagues’ career paths and development needs are prioritized.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to address concerns and share departmental information.
  • Safeguard and manage stored information with confidentiality.
  • Lead and manage the department in adherence to hotel policies and objectives.
  • Monitor and guide daily projects to ensure efficiency.
  • Respond professionally to trade or guest requests.

Expectations
You will also be responsible for:
  • Administering departmental scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Preparing monthly reports and ensuring adequate public relations coverage.
  • Assigning and monitoring departmental training programs.
