Join Power International Holding as an IT Support Technician!
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our end-users, ensuring smooth operations across computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software issues efficiently.
Maintain high service levels and ensure system backups and recovery are performed on time.
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex computer problems on-site.
Assist in server installations and troubleshoot server-related issues.
Provide support for client installations and assist in network connectivity troubleshooting.
Install and configure personal computer software packages and upgrades.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years relevant to this field.
Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
Diploma in IT.
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, is essential.

Physical capability to lift and move 50 Kg.
Valid Saudi driver's license is required.
Fair proficiency in English is important.
