I am looking for a professional to prepare financial models on Excel, with previous experience in real estate projects (real estate development - real estate funds - feasibility studies). Requirements: • Build a comprehensive financial model for the real estate project. • Input all available financial assumptions (land costs, construction costs, financing, expected returns, shareholder ratios, etc.). • Link tables and cash flows so that the model is dynamic and adjustable. • Calculate financial performance indicators such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and expected returns for investors. • Deliver the model in a professional and organized manner, with dashboards and charts illustrating the results. Available: All financial data and details about the real estate project are ready and complete; all that is required is to convert them into a professional and flexible financial model. Preferred: • Proven experience in real estate financial models. • Samples of previous work. • Ability to meet deadlines and quality of output.
