Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 25 years relevant experience (or 69 years of relevant experience).
- Strong understanding of contract pricing structures, law, and compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts efficiently.
