Personal Assistant

Basic Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to organize time and manage priorities efficiently.

  • Flexibility with working hours and ability to work under pressure.

  • Professional, well-organized, and discreet in handling confidential information.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage the manager’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

  2. Handle phone calls and correspondence professionally in both English and Arabic.

  3. Coordinate with clients and internal/external parties.

  4. Prepare business correspondence, letters, and official reports in English.

  5. Organize and maintain files and documents for easy retrieval.

  6. Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation).

  7. Follow up and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

  8. Provide administrative support to the manager and ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Languages, or a related field.
