Job Description
This is a full-time position based in Jeddah for the role of Real Estate Sales Manager. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of real estate agents, driving and achieving sales goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, negotiating real estate deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Possessing a valid real estate license
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data management
  • Experience in real estate and property management
  • Experience in sales and achieving sales targets
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Ability to work at the company headquarters in Jeddah
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Civil Engineering, etc...)
