Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist who will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of incoming and outgoing materials as well as overseeing production procedures. It is essential that you possess a keen eye for detail, reliability, and commitment to excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and documentation.
  • Formulate procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
  • Monitor all operations that affect product quality.
  • Implement preventative measures to avoid health hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with checklists regularly.
  • Conduct audits on the floor and for suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address quality and safety issues.
  • Implement root cause analyses with suppliers.
  • Inspect the production cycle to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of food quality strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Maintain food safety goals and compliance with regulations such as HACCP.
  • Ensure reliability and consistency of production processes.
  • Identify quality defects and propose corrective actions.
  • Train teams on food safety practices.
  • Promote a positive image of the organization.

Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
  • A fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
  • General knowledge of quality standards methodology.
  • Must be residing in Saudi Arabia.
  • Preference for eligibility in the Tamheer Program.
Knowledge and Competencies:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fast learner, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Able to foster a culture of food safety.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
