Job Announcement – HR Officer
Location: Jeddah – Zahran Business Center

Salsabil Al-Arabiya Company, one of the leading companies in the contracting field, announces its desire to attract a competent HR officer with professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years to join its team and support its expansion plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies according to Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage recruitment processes and talent acquisition (prepare job descriptions, interviews, appointments).
  • Supervise employee affairs (contracts, vacations, attendance, and departure, end of service).
  • Prepare salary lists and social insurance and monthly reports.
  • Develop training and development programs and foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor performance evaluations and professional development plans for employees.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven practical experience of 3 to 5 years in the field of human resources.
  • Full familiarity with Saudi labor laws and procedures of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and computer programs.
  • High communication skills, problem-solving, and team management.
