Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 35 years in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the local market and business culture in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred).
