Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards, regulations, and Islamic finance principles
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team
- Participate in budgeting processes and financial planning initiatives
- Monitor cash flow and manage treasury operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting certification (*, CPA, SOCPA) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
