Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer located in Medina. The Fitness Trainer will be responsible for conducting group exercises, providing fitness instruction, and delivering personalized fitness training sessions. Key duties include:
  • Engaging with participants and ensuring safety during workouts
  • Maintaining a motivating atmosphere
  • Contributing to the overall fitness strategy
  • Supporting customer service efforts to ensure a high-quality experience for all clients

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Skills in Group Exercise, Fitness Instruction, and Fitness Training
  • Experience and knowledge in the Fitness Industry
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Certified personal trainer or relevant certification is a plus
