Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description: Al-Rayan Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to organize tasks and assist in executing administrative decisions. The ideal candidate will effectively follow the workflow and ensure that administrative tasks are completed on time.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement administrative instructions and follow up on the decisions issued by the direct supervisor.
  • Open and distribute paper and email.
  • Complete printing work and respond to inquiries.
  • Organize files and keep transactions in a way that makes it easy to refer to them.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings with the direct supervisor and participate in them, and take minutes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
