About the Job
The Quality Control Operator is a vital role at Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company, responsible for ensuring the quality of syrup production and compliance with safety standards in our state-of-the-art facility. This position plays a crucial part in maintaining the high quality of our beverages, including popular brands such as Pepsi and Tropicana.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the syrup room and CIP room, ensuring proper syrup preparation and analysis.
Prepare syrup batches as per the syrup plan based on production requirements.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
Monitor and record essential plant data, including temperatures and quantities.
Assist with tank sanitation and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Handle job requests for maintenance of equipment and maintain good housekeeping.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Chemistry.
No prior experience required (03 years).
Familiarity with syrup preparation technology and food safety norms.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Knowledge of bottling, beverage, or FMCG experience is a plus.
