Tasks and Responsibilities:

A technical and managerial reference ensures the quality and efficiency of technical systems and technical support services.

•Leading the technical support team and supervising daily maintenance and operational work.
•Managing the Helpdesk and ensuring quick response and ticket resolution.
•Setting policies and procedures according to best practices (ITIL or equivalent).
•Monitoring the technical infrastructure and ensuring the continuity of systems and networks.
•Managing support and maintenance contracts with service providers and ensuring compliance with service levels (SLAs).
•Preparing periodic reports for senior management that include performance indicators and user satisfaction.
•Developing and implementing improvement plans and new technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:
•A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
•At least 7 years of practical experience in technical support or service center management, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
•Familiarity with networking systems, servers, and information security.
•High leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
•Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
