About the Role:
NewEast Isuzu KSA is hiring motivated and results-driven Fleet Sales Representatives (Outdoor) to join our expanding sales team in Jeddah. We're looking for candidates with proven experience in Commercial truck sales, and a passion for field sales in the commercial automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily field visits to prospective and existing fleet clients.
  • Promote and sell commercial trucks, providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals professionally.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client data using CRM tools.

Requirements:
  • Experience in fleet/trucks sales is essential, preferably with Isuzu or commercial trucks.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi truck and fleet market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a field sales mindset.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Proficient in Arabic; English is a plus.
  • High school diploma or higher.
