Inventory Control Job
We at Insoul are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team in Jeddah - Mecca. This is a great opportunity to work in a company specializing in the production and sale of stuffed cakes and cold and hot coffee.

Main tasks of the Inventory Controller job:
  • Monitoring stock levels daily and ensuring the required quantities are available.
  • Accurately recording all stock movements (in/out/transfers) in the system.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on stock status and submitting them to management.
  • Tracking expiration dates and ensuring the products are stored according to standards.
  • Coordinating with the purchasing department to determine required quantities and issuing replenishment orders.
  • Conducting periodic inventory checks (monthly/quarterly/annually) and ensuring results match records.
  • Contributing to process improvement and reducing waste or damage.
  • Supporting the operational team in any tasks related to the supply chain.
