Job Role:
Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing financial information and preparing reports to track assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial activities within our organization.
Functions and Responsibilities:

• Analyze operations, trends, Financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses.
• Develop and maintain budgets, preparing reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions through record analysis.
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Assist management with resource utilization and tax strategies.
• Oversee accounting systems and ensure compliance with tax requirements.
• Conduct audits and prepare documentation to substantiate transactions.
• Train workers in accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of economics and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking abilities.
• Good English communication skills – both oral and written.
• Strong computer software application skills.

Education and Experience:
Graduates preferably in commerce or Economics with 28 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly management reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring adherence to relevant accounting standards.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and analysis processes.
• Prepare schedules and analyses for shareholder reporting and corporate performance dashboards.
• Provide financial analyses to support strategic initiatives focused on cost control and performance optimization.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to align financial plans with corporate objectives.
• Develop and consolidate forecasts and budgets, incorporating trends and strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional review meetings to validate assumptions and ensure transparency.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and international financial reporting standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA/CA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• 35 years of relevant experience in a corporate finance or audit environment.
• Strong time management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an advantage.
