The purpose of the job

Providing an exceptional experience for customers by responding to their inquiries, solving their problems, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services, reflecting a positive image of the company.

Responsibilities and tasks

Receiving customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Following up on orders and complaints and ensuring they are resolved in the best possible way and in a timely manner.

Providing accurate and clear information about products, services, and offers.

Logging customer feedback and suggestions and escalating them to the relevant management.

Building a trusting relationship with customers and maintaining their satisfaction and loyalty.

Coordinating with internal teams (sales, operations, warehouse) to ensure the smooth execution of customer orders.

Following up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and positive experience.

Performing some administrative tasks for the company and anything in its interest
