Join Our Team as a Barista!
At Raffles Hotel Jeddah, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience to our guests with our outstanding service and high-quality offerings. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to deliver exceptional coffee experiences.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees.
Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in managing inventory and placing orders for coffee beans and supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
Educate customers about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop.

Qualifications:

12 years of experience in a food and beverage role, preferably as a barista.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso-based drinks and alternative brewing methods.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Basic Arabic language skills preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
