Join Honeywell as a Senior Sales Manager!
In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating our sales strategies and activities across KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Iraq. Your leadership will be essential to our growth and success, aligning closely with the CCC Regional GM and other key functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all sales activities to ensure optimal performance in your assigned region.
  • Establish and implement strategies to expand our customer base effectively.
  • Champion sales processes, ensuring operational requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Develop influential relationships at all levels with customers.
  • Support coordination for business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead your team in identifying and developing business opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • 5+ years of strategic sales experience in technical solutions.
  • Experience with major Oil & Gas and petrochemicals clients.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing complex sales environments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
