Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills.
  • Proficient phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Experience in executive administrative assistance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferable.
