We are currently seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to enhance our online presence. This is a hybrid role with remote work and required on-site attendance three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage official social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create engaging content through shooting, editing, and copywriting.
• Produce short-form videos aligned with the latest trends.
• Develop a comprehensive monthly content plan, including posting schedules and content types.
• Design professional and consistent posts and stories for social media.
• Monitor engagement, respond to followers, and report on account performance.
• Propose innovative marketing campaign ideas to increase interaction and reach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Experience in shooting and editing videos.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media analytics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Work Setup:
Remote work with mandatory on-site attendance of three days per week for meetings and coordination.
