We are looking for an experienced purchasing specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for implementing purchasing processes according to approved policies and procedures, and coordinating with various departments to determine their needs for materials and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Searching for suppliers and presenting suitable options for comparison.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to get the best prices and terms.
  • Preparing purchase orders and following up on their execution.
  • Monitoring the supply of materials and ensuring they meet the required specifications.
  • Contributing to updating the supplier database.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring materials are available in the appropriate quantities.
  • Preparing periodic reports on purchases and submitting them to the direct supervisor.
  • Complying with internal systems, policies, and relevant regulations.

Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the purchasing field.
