In this pivotal role, you will contribute to maintaining safe and reliable operations, facilitating plant transformation through automation, and implementing critical process and safety enhancements.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide engineering support on the floor for operations and maintenance.
- Drive a safety culture by addressing hazards and suggesting improvements.
- Execute capital projects for upgrading plant systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
- Investigate equipment failures and propose solutions for manufacturing processes.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Practical experience in industrial settings.
- Strong understanding of equipment safety systems.
- Proficient in interpreting pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in continuous process automation.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and piping standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
