As a Security Manager, you will ensure the protection of personnel, assets, facilities, and information. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing site-wide security operations in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Managing the scheduling and deployment of security personnel for optimal coverage.
- Supervising third-party security contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across all sites.
- Developing emergency response plans and crisis management procedures.
- Monitoring and evaluating security team performance through operational metrics.
- Organizing monthly performance reviews with contractors and stakeholders.
- Coordinating with facility management to address security issues.
- Preparing reports on security incident trends and budgeting for security services.
We seek qualified candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in security operations, preferably in large-scale environments.
- Certifications such as CPP or PSP are preferred.
