- Welcoming customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling visits with the sales team.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Recording visitor and client information in the system.
- Maintaining the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Supporting events and meetings within the center.
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a presentable appearance.
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior knowledge in the real estate field is preferred.
Qualifications:- Minimum high school diploma (preferably a diploma or university degree in management or marketing).
- Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred, especially in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients.
- Discipline and commitment to personal appearance and etiquette.
- Ability to organize tasks and work under pressure.
