About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations of our newly established entity in Saudi Arabia, supporting the regional expansion of Kings League MENA. This role will ensure full compliance with local financial and tax regulations while aligning with global standards and reporting requirements. This is a key position with broad responsibilities, ideal for someone with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Control & Compliance: Oversee and manage the relationship with the local outsourced accounting and tax providers to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and tax filings. Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations, ZATCA requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with local GAAP and internal management reporting standards. Deliver management accounts and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Support global finance team with group reporting packages and consolidation processes.
- Process Implementation & Controls: Implement global finance processes, policies, and internal controls within the local context. Act as the finance point of contact for the Saudi Arabia office, supporting operational teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Coordinate cash management, payment approvals, and banking relationships in-country.
- Audit & Governance: Lead the local statutory audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Ad-Hoc & Strategic Support: Collaborate with other departments (legal, HR, operations) to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a multinational or regional setting.
- Previous experience in audit (Big Four) is a strong plus.
- Experience managing outsourced accounting and tax providers.
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing management reports and financial statements.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s tax and accounting regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cultures and time zones.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Hands-on, independent, and comfortable operating in a start-up or scale-up environment.
