Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety aspects are handled according to company and local safety standards.
- Manage calendars for site leadership and schedule meetings.
- Assist with report generation and document preparation using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Utilize SAP for travel management and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate team events and manage support service contracts.
- Supervise company car needs and ensure the office environment is clean and maintained.
- 2-year diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in an Administrative Assistant role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of quality management and safety principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP.
