Key Responsibilities:

• Set departmental targets, objectives, and policies
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Monitor the performance and appearance of the Housekeeping/Laundry Team, emphasizing training and teamwork
• Maintain communication with all hotel areas and external suppliers
• Manage staffing levels, training, and support team members
• Recruit, train, and develop the housekeeping team

• Experience in housekeeping/laundry in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• IT proficiency and familiarity with property management systems
