- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant.
- Stay informed about local cuisine and customs to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Detailed understanding of food and beverage service techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to memorize menu items and daily specials.
- Attention to detail in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of local cuisine and customs is advantageous.
