Procurement Officer to manage our procurement processes and contribute to our projects' success.
General Requirements:- * Degree from a reputable University.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry procurement.
- At least 5 years’ experience in KSA with reputable firms.
- Strong knowledge of local and international procurement requirements.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience working with both consultants and contractors is a plus.
- Familiarity with procurement management software, such as Odoo.
Specific Responsibilities:- Report to the Procurement Manager.
- Issue project procurement plans.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including initiation, negotiations, and issuing related Purchase Orders.
- Oversee project procurement, budgeting, and financial control.
- Provide regular procurement status reports to management.
- Monitor monthly procurement schedules and cost variances for projects.
