Join Betec Cad Industries as a Factory Worker!
We are looking for dedicated individuals to assist in our HVAC production and installation operations. As a Factory Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting technicians, welders, fabricators, and installers in daily activities.
• Handling materials, tools, and equipment essential for manufacturing or site work.
• Loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products within the factory or project site.
• Performing basic cleaning, grinding, polishing, or cutting tasks under supervision.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, machines, and tools.
• Following safety procedures and wearing the appropriate protective gear.
• Assisting in packing, labeling, and preparing HVAC products for delivery.
• Conducting routine maintenance checks of machines and tools as directed.
• Carrying out other general duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications & Skills:
We prefer candidates with a high school education or equivalent. Prior experience in manufacturing or construction is an advantage. Candidates should:

• Understand and follow instructions.
• Be physically fit for handling lifting and manual labor.
• Possess basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop practices.
• Be eager to learn and take on various support tasks.

Work Conditions:
This role will involve working in a factory and/or project site environment, which may require physical stamina and the ability to work in hot, noisy, or confined spaces. Overtime and weekend work may be necessary based on project needs.
